SHIPPING POLICY
Q : What Payment methods are Supported?
A: We support all Credit/ Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking Cash Cards, Wallets and many more options. These payments are processed by our highly secured payment partner Razorpay.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Orders are delivered in Maximum of 10 working days. Most orders are delivered in 6 Working days.
Q: Why Hasn't my order arrived yet?
A: If it took more than the estimated timeline(Maximum of 7 working days), please contact us and inform us with your order number by clicking on Contact us
Q: What are the shipping options in India?
A: For orders Shipping within India, we ship through reputed Courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, Anjani Courier, Ekart Logistics, Trackon Courier and India Speed Post in some cases. Packages are normally delivered within 1-10 working days depending on the shipping address. It might take additional working days to deliver to certain remote locations.
Q: What is the shipping Cost?
Standard Shipping is free for prepaid orders. Approx Delivery time is 4-8 Days.
Q: Do You Provide COD service?
A: No, Due to some reasons, we don't yet provide COD Service. Besides taking forward the cashless India Initiative, we urge you to make payment online which will also save your extra unnecessary COD charges.
Q: Do you ship on holidays & weekends?
A: Team Megapixel rests on major Indian holidays and we do not ship orders on these days. Working/Business days are from Monday to Saturday.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
You are eligible for Replace/Exchange only if the items are damaged or you have not received what you ordered. Please send the photos within 24 hours of order Arrival through mail or WhatsApp along with an uncut video recording of opening the parcel
To be eligible for a replace or exchange you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To Raise a Replace Request, you can contact us at support@megapixelstore.com. If your replacement is accepted, you'll receive a Tracking ID as soon as the replacement has been dispatched from our hub. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items once purchased cannot be returned or the amount be refunded. They can only be exchanged subject to terms and conditions mentioned above.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you identify a defect in the skin (fitting issues, glue issues, etc.), just mail us some images of the skins that you received within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the same, we will ship a replacement after discussing it with the buyer. The life and fitting of the skin largely depend on whether it has been applied properly as per the instructions provided in the package.
Apart from delivering the best, our greatest priority is providing the best support to our customers. We’re at your disposal round the clock and we’ll do anything to get the job done ‘On-Time!’. If you get any fitting or print issues with your order, the Megapixel team will be happy to replace it with another one only if the skin has not been stretched or removed after applying it on the device.
We have noticed that some people take their concerns to social media handles in a way defamatory to Megapixel Camera Store's Brand name without discussing the same first with our team. This is highly condemned and a necessary legal remedy will be sought against such action.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A Customer can Request for Cancellation of the order within 12 hours of placing the order, The Amount Refunded Will be After Deducting the Cancellation Fee Of 18% of the Total Order Value. Except for any statutory rights of cancellation, once you place your order you cannot cancel it. Given the customized nature of Megapixel Camera Store's products, the product’s purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds can be provided for products that are damaged before delivery or in the case of the product bearing a custom logo or other artwork requested by you, product bearing a logo or other artwork that does not match the logo or other artwork requested by you. If your product appears to be damaged please contact us promptly at the contact details given.
You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:
1. If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 20 days (in India) from the order date.
2. If Megapixel Camera Store fails to ship the ordered products.
3. If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged by us as soon as brought to our notice. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he or she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations as all products are custom made by us after receiving the orders. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason of minor design and color variations. There will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand. There will be no refunds for packages that are returned without email confirmation. Megapixel Camera Store reserves the right to cancel any order that has been received including discontinuing any promotional coupon or offer.
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies because of wrong address/contact details.
3. Package refused by the recipient.
Under such cases, the buyer will be liable to pay INR 60 as RTO charges, which are charged by the couriers for bringing the products back to our warehouse. The said product will be then reshipped again with the updated details. No refund requests or design change requests will be entertained under such circumstances.
